Online therapy sessions

Online sessions are recommended after first session. 

Online sessions are limited to 1 or 2 hour sessions. At £100 or £150 per hour. 

Face-to-face therapy sessions

At least 1 Face-to-face sessions will be recommended at the beginning of your therapy journey.

When starting your journey with me, I do request a £20 booking fee for your first session.

I am based in Port talbot for Face-to-face sessions. 

Face-to-face sessions are limited to 2 hours at £250
